The unit also provides three stereo S/PDIF outputs via RCA connectors. The HDP-Express can accept one Balanced output module only. No digital output option available. Balanced output installation is field upgradable. **The HDP3 can accept either of the three balanced analogue output modules and/or the Digital output module. Installation is preferable at time of HDP3 order. However in the case of the HDP3, output modules can be installed at a later date by removing rear-panel blanking panels.
