DEQX Support

If you are a new DEQX owner, be sure to complete the Warranty Registration form so that you have access to the latest software and manuals. You will then also receive an invitation to join the owners-only DEQX Users Group (online forum), and a password to acess the DEQX Owners/Beta Users section of this website .

The Support Form is the most effective way for a DEQX owner to contact DEQX’s technical staff with a hardware or software issue.

Currently our Users Manuals are only available for download by DEQX owners. If you are not yet a DEQX owner but would like to see the DEQX Manual, please contact us via the Request For Information form. Be sure to mention that you’d like an electronic copy of the Manuals.
